If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Pack the item securely in its original condition.
Ship to the address provided.
Note: We do not accept walk-in returns without prior approval.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item or approving service refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
