4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos and a brief description in your email

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost.

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable)

We will review and issue return instructions.

Pack the item securely in its original condition.

Ship to the address provided.

Note: We do not accept walk-in returns without prior approval.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item or approving service refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

We will notify you via email once the refund is initiated.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

• Contact your bank or payment provider

9. Exchanges
